Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque was quick to pay tribute to the Netherlands following his side’s World Cup final victory in Soccer City.

Andreas Iniesta’s goal in extra-time gave the Spanish their first ever World Cup success and Del Bosque said: “First of all, I should congratulate our opponents.

“They made it very difficult for us to play comfortably. It was a very intense match and congratulations to them.”

“The dressing room is delighted, ecstatic. But Spain, the country, deserves this World Cup. This goes beyond sport. We have to celebrate.

“All the people have been behind us in Spain and we are delighted to reward them with this victory.”

Meanwhile, Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas has had to make do with a place on the bench throughout the entire tournament, but he said winning the trophy made up for all his frustration.

“I was a bit down because I had not played as much as I wanted, but in the end it was all worth it,” said Fabregas, who came on as a substitute to set up Iniesta’s winner.

“The fans have been fantastic, the rock on which we base everything, and I hope in two years time we will have more joy at the Euros.”

Another interesting team story is when Alvaro Arbeloa took a taxi to a hotel, he got out and began talking to the press as he continued walking. When he finally got inside with the rest of the team everyone noticed he didn’t have his luggage. He had to call the taxi back and get his luggage.

Needless to say, it must of been a very embarrassing (although hilarious) moment in Arbeloa’s life.

GLEE

Glee is a musical comedy-drama television series that airs on Fox in the United States. A mysterious event causes nearly everyone on the planet to simultaneously lose consciousness for 137 seconds, during which people see what appear to be visions of their lives approximately six months in the future—a global “flashforward”. A team of Los Angeles FBI agents, led by Stanford Wedeck (Vance) and spearheaded by Mark Benford (Fiennes) and his partner Demetri Noh (Cho), begin the process of determining what happened, why, and whether it will happen again. Benford contributes a unique perspective on the investigation; in his flashforward, he saw the results of six months of investigation that he had done on the flashforward event, and he and his team use those clues to recreate the investigation.

minggu lalu gw nonton parenthood, tv serial dari NBC, kalo di indonesia disiarinnya di starwold. nah episode minggu lalu gw agak surprise dengan kehadiran sosok yang gw kenal. jadi ada tokoh perempuan, anaknya adam, di serial ini, namanya Haddie. nah dia pacaran diem-diam sama cowo yang namanya steve. tapi pada akhirnya dia berani bawa si steve di salah satu acara ngumpul keluarga. nah, pas gw liat steve, siapaa ya pernah liat. feeling gw ASHER BOOK nih. terus pas gw cari di web nya asher book bener aja.
ini dia yang meyakinkan gw itu asher book "Make sure you watch Parenthood this week! Asher will be making his debut performance on the new NBC show! His name on the show is “Steve Williams” and he will be making appearances on the following episodes: 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12."
